My Take On HCG Diet Reviews

Before I started my weight loss journey with the HCG diet, I read all of the HCG Diet Reviews I could find.  There are so many reviews out there, you could spend weeks reading them.

I plan on condensing the important aspect of all the HCG diet reviews over the next few days onto my cool blog here.  :)

There are two camps for the HCG Diet.  In one corner, you have the HCG diet drops, and in the other corner, you have the HCG diet injections.  A lot of dieters will swear by the injections.  Some think that they work better than the drops.

But, if you are like me, you dislike needles.  The thought of giving myself a shot each day freaks me out!  My parents went the injection route.  They did not have any problems with it.

After watching them both lose over 40 lbs on the HCG Diet, got extremely interested in the diet.  They told me that the HCG diet drops were a scam, and didn’t work.  I being the contrary daughter, did a little digging.  Guess what I found?

Many men and women have lost a lot of weight using the drops.  The key is to get the drops from a reputable source. You also need to stick to the plan. Most people who fail at the diet, fail because they do not follow it to the T. Which is sad. As soon as you get over the first few days, your hunger goes away. The hardest part of the diet is the first few days…..
